    QUALITY AT A-1 : WIRE SELECTION

    Wires are the most significant part of the fencing framework and to ensure our fences continue to perform well we pay great attention to wire selection. All the wires are checked with the goal that they follow the necessary mechanical properties according to industry-acknowledged principles.

    TENSILE STRENGTH TEST

    To ensure that the tensile strength of each wire falls within the desired range to promote high resistance to impact and bending.

    Standard followed : EN 10223-7

    ZINC COATING TEST

    The mass of the zinc coating on wires determines the service life of the wire thus forms an important aspect to consider during wire selection.

    Standard followed : EN 10224-2

    QUALITY AT A-1 : PVC COATING

    A1 A-1 Fence we follow a strict quality protocol to ensure a consistent mesh size, fabric length & the right coating.

    ECCENTRICITY CHECK

    PVC Coating is peeled off the surface at four different areas throughout the surface and Thickness is measured considering the wire & other side coating. This is confirmed at four different areas in order to ensure concentric coating.

    WRAPPING & MANDREL TEST

    To ensure that the coated wire doesn't peel off during the process like chain-link weaving or while gabion manufacturing

    SHADE VARIATION & ROUGHNESS

    To ensure that shade after coating matches the approved RAL shade & also to confirm that the PVC compound during coating is not over burnt.
