ECOZAL 2000+ wires also known as Zinc Aluminium wires are wires coated with Zn+Al in the ratio of 90% & 10%. As compared to the traditional zinc coated wire the addition of 10% aluminium in ECOZAL wire leads to 3x life of the wire against corrosion. ECOZAL wires are tested for corrosion resistance using a salt spray test.
EcoZal 275 wires are tested for salt spray to determine its corrosion resistance as compared to GI wires. Salt Spray test is a test in which wire is sprayed with salt wires continuously until the surface of the wires turn brown due to oxidation.

A-1’s heavy galvanized wires provide good tensile strength and consistency in diameter making it suitable for multiple applications. We use special high grade (SHG) Zinc ingots which are 99.993% pure for hot dip galvanizing. These wires provide excellent corrosion resistance and serve longer as they come in industry leading 275 gsm coating

PVC wires have a protective layer of poly vinyl chloride on GI wires which increases the resilience of the wires against extreme climatic conditions. Coatings are available in multiple colours options making it more customisable.
